Leadership Development
It is possible to develop into a more effective leader.
Leaders make the most positive difference when they exercise good knowledge, skills and judgement within their own personal style. An individual can be an effective leader without having to fulfil an externally espoused “leadership” mold.
The best leaders are the ones who know themselves – their strengths and areas for development – and who are willing to be vulnerable and open to feedback and further learning.
The best leaders are also the authentic ones – those who lead in their own style.
Leading from the Inside Out
A coaching program for new and emerging leaders
Coming late 2021!
This program is aimed at new and emerging leaders – those about to start a leadership role through to those wanting to further develop their style or consolidate foundational skills.
When else is the best time to work on your self-awareness and your leadership style than when you are a new or emerging leader?
This is the time to get the foundations right and start to clarify your leadership style so that you can continue to develop and grow in an optimal and congruent direction, before any bad habits become embedded.
This comprehensive yet succinct leadership program includes:
- A structured series of 6 online learning modules (plus an introductory module) that starts with you – who you are and how this translates into you as a leader
- Three optional 1:1 coaching sessions via Zoom – these are spaced to help generate insight, develop ‘good thinking’ about issues, explore concepts, and embed new habits
All modules are designed in a way to generate energy and curiosity to embark on a process of growth and development.
